Dealogic certifies institutional investors engaged in the sale or purchase of certain restricted securities. These certifications are provided to Broker Dealers participating in the sale of new issues. Certifications are made available through a web-based system as well as through feeds into account management and deal execution systems.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (144A) & Qualified Purchaser Certification
An SEC authorized central repository of registered QIBs participating in 144A transactions and follow-ons, Dealogic offers the industry’s largest database of eligible QIB documentation, as well as a full service of maintaining and updating them as necessary.
FINRA 5130 – IPO Certification
A FINRA recognized fully automated certification database and renewal process for letters of Rule 5130 and Voluntary Initiative (VI).
Regulation S - Offshore Account Certification
A database of letters, re-certifications and maintenance service for the purposes of Regulation S.
A Direct Link to Certification Data
